ProTip: Cutting Strut Channel with Lyte - Consider your kerf
Example: Strut Channel has holes every 2 inches.
- When exporting from Connect, set the Strut round up to 2 inches.
- In Lyte, when cutting, the Kerf figure will build up and you'll be off more and more with each cut.
- Set the Kerf as 0 while cutting Strut.
- This guarantees the positioner will always move in increments of 2 inches avoiding the holes.
