Mate Part Seam onto Pipe Seam

Select specific parts to align the given part seam to the pipe seam. This is done when auto-nesting or bumping parts.

Adjusting Seam for Wheel Bump

Move the seam about the pipe to avoid cutting when seams bump the roller wheels
View where the torch will be when the pipe seam bumps over the roller bed wheels. Then move the seam location to avoid cutting holes when the pipe seam is rolling over the machine bed roller wheels.

Use Both Pipe Ends In One Nesting

Use both ends of the pipe as part endcuts.
Demonstrates how to nest parts using both ends of the pipe as part endcuts. For example, you have a pipe with grooves already rolled on each end and you want to use those grooved ends for your parts.

Sharing endcuts

Share straight endcuts between Parts
If two miter endcuts (of different parts) have the same mate angle, no bevel, and no lead-in, the endcuts can be shared. The system will calculate the cutter kerf as the offset and make one cut instead of two.
