How to Create a License Update Request
1. Open CodeMeter Control Center
o On the PypeServer computer, open CodeMeter Control
Center (Windows application).
2. Start the license update process
o Click the License Update button.
o Click Next until you reach the
"Please select the desired action" screen.
o Select Create license request.
o Click Next.
4. Extend your existing license
o Select Extend existing license.
o Click Next.
5. Save the license request file
o Continue clicking Next until you are
prompted to choose a save location.
o Important:
Choose
a location that is easy to find.
o Click Commit.
6. Locate the generated file
o A license request file will be created automatically.
o Similar, but not exactly like this:
7. Send the request to PypeServer Support
o Attach the license request file to an email.
